The Heartless Side of America

By: Pace Vinton

So now you have it! On September 19, 2013, the republican house sounded the death knell for four million people who need food stamps to keep from starving.  They showed that they care not about their fellow citizens.

The republicans voted unanimously (well; 229 to 1) to starve these people to death by cutting forty billion dollars from the budget that was earmarked for food stamps .

If ever there was a reason to point the finger of shame, now is the time to point it at those house members who denigrated themselves as some of history’s most heartless, greedy and murderous villains.

They proved themselves to be sellouts to multinational corporations who want to destroy the middle class (mostly white). At a time when unemployment is 7.6 percent, republicans pile manure on the heads of the country’s poor.

They know that the unemployment number will come down if the republicans will fund traditional work creators such as repairing and rebuilding the nation’s infrastructure,  They don’t because they have been ordered not to do so by their masters, multinational corporations owned by foreign governments.

These jackals rank up there with Stalin, Hitler, Pol Pot and other notable historic and despicable figures of shame. Their gruesome deeds will be talked about for hundreds if not thousands of years. Sanguine is the way they presented themselves to the public after their votes. Smirk on, oh monster, smirk!

Physical and spiritual indicators point to retribution for those who presume that this earth was made for their use and enjoyment to the detriment of others. Remain sanguine as you read from the book, “God’s Continuing Word – A Personal Message.”

The book is explicit and says, “suffering delivered is suffering to be assumed by the deliverer.” Nothing more needs to be said. After the vote, those hard working great American republican legislators had worked up quite an appetite.

Many could be spotted around town at upscale restaurants with steaks and lobsters piled on their plate.  Checking behind them revealed sixty and eighty dollar lunches, washed down with expensive wines and martinis.

Lo and behold, their meals were paid for with government credit cards. May their digestive systems be blessed with good movements as the food stamp recipients eat their peanut butter and bread, while washing them down with tap water.

Who is really surprised by this congressional house’s dastardly deed? Not me; and probably not you. May they have to live for a month on a food stamp ration.

Voting to cut food stamps was a cowardly and ugly act perpetrated by cruel congressmen, yuk! Not a statesman in the bunch. My God! People just a cut above whale droppings are making important decisions for the country. God help us all.
