An article posted on this website by the noted author, Tanner M. George, Sr., established a “sexual identification system.“ What is puzzling is why no LGBT organization has embraced this undertaking. This action should be played out in the courts, not the legislatures.
The relevant, social, sexual questions are; “who is a man, boy, girl or woman?” According to Med.monash, “Gender describes the characteristics that a society or culture delineates as masculine or feminine.” Other sexual terms support answers to the relevant questions. The following definitions were taken from Merriam Webster dictionary websites.
Definition of MAN : an adult male human : husband : one possessing in high degree the qualities considered distinctive of manhood.
Definition of BOY: A male child from birth to adulthood
Definition of WOMAN : an adult female person : distinctively feminine nature : wife
Definition of GIRL : a female child from birth to adulthood
When the definitions and their support terms are shaken, stirred and analyzed, they are reduced to one word, FEELINGS!! Sexually, a person is what he or she feels. Therefore, as it relates to marriage, the issue that should be decided by the courts is whether a person is a man or woman.
If a lesbian person feels that he is a man and wishes to marry a woman, that marriage conforms to the adage and law; which states; “marriage is between a man and woman.” The marriage should be just as valid as a marriage between a straight man and a woman.
A gay person who feels that she is a woman, is as much a woman as any female. Marriage between her and a man also satisfies the heatedly debated rule: “marriage is between a man and woman.” Now is the time to strike for LGBT freedom.
