YOU ARE MORE THAN FOUR BILLION YEARS OLD.

By: Tanner M. George, Sr.

Yes I said it; and I will repeat it. YOU ARE MORE THAN FOUR BILLION YEARS OLD! You are within your rights to demand who am I to make such an outlandish claim? Well, not anybody worth noting, except that I am more than four billion years old also.

Now you are wondering whether you should dismiss me as a kook or venture to ask the next obvious questions. “WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY THAT STATEMENT BUDDY? Heck, I just turned 45. For your information, that’s FORTY FIVE YEARS; not FOUR BILLION YEARS! Now, tell me what you mean??”

Ok; don’t get hostile, geez.  Let’s turn to the world’s physics experts to continue this conversation. I haven’t met, I do not know , nor have I read material written by a smattering of the world’s physicists.  However, the ones with whom I am familiar say the same thing. Neither matter nor energy can be destroyed or created.

A reading trip down our solar system’s lane reveals that our sun and its planets, including earth,  were formed about 4.5 billion years ago. Do you see where I am going with this? Our mothers ate foods that grew in the earth.  More than likely they ate animal flesh that fed upon the earth.  We ate from our mothers’ bodies.  We ate 4.5 billion year old food while we were being made!!

If matter and energy cannot be created or destroyed, that which constructed and nourished us in our mother’s womb, and has sustained us each subsequent day since, had to be around, say; oh yeah; 4.5 billion years old.  Therefore, in conclusion, ergo, hence, WE, YOU AND I, ARE WEARING 4.5 BILLION YEARS OLD BODY MATERIAL; AND ARE THEREFORE 4.5 BILLION YEARS OLD!

While you are wrapping your mind around this scientific truth, you might wonder what your bodily remains will be doing over the next, oh,  5 billion years or so, until our sun and earth die. I don’t think now is the time to challenge science on its theory that nothing can be created or destroyed. So, we’ll have to conclude that our remains will still be active in mother earth.

With that in mind, chances are our remains will just be lying around, chatting with the saber tooth tigers’  and dinosaurs’ remains.  Along with everything on earth, they will probably be sucked into our then oversized sun; and remain there until the final trumpets blow.  What did you say?  “There’s a whole bunch of mess that we have to consider in today’s world, like getting invaded by multi-trillions of communication waves every second.  So what does this mean in my life.?”

Science says that it has taken us those 4.5 billion years to build up a supply of fossil fuels; you know; oil, coal and natural gas. I’ll venture one other tidbit of information for you to consider.  In little more than 100 of those 4.5 billion years, we have managed to; I’ll let a passage from God’s Continuing Word – A Personal Message, The Explanation, 14.4 take it from here.  “14.4 Misuse of your planet or any physical planetary body will harm you and/or your descendants.

14.7 Removing vast quantities of pressurized gasses, liquids, and solids from beneath its surface causes your planet to collapse inwardly. When burned, these gasses, fluids and solids transform into irreversible gasses that spew into your planet’s atmosphere. While most of these gasses settle back on the planet’s surface, some remain in the atmosphere. As a result, your planet minutely shrinks.” Enough said. The ball is in your metaphorical court!

Hee hee. Wow, good stuff. Amazing that the pis… ant known as man (dig the chauvinism in that word) is destroying our home in a miniscule amount of time. We must heed the words in “God’s Continuing Word – A Personal Message” or perish without establishing ourselves as even a footnote in earth’s existence, Sob sob!

    Tongue and cheekish, but true.
